This 1920s Chalet Bungalow was originally split into two flats and was a warren of small internal rooms. The Pataross team carried out major work on the house – in fact the only wall left standing was the one attached to the client’s neighbours! By changing the roof from a hip to gable the client gained an extra 40m3 of space, two rooms upstairs and a large central hallway with 2 x 2meter rooflights. A bespoke steel and timber staircase sits in the center of the house complimented by a bespoke polished plaster wall finished with silver wax.
